Hi,

I created an AR scene with audio and it played perfectly in STYLY Studio. However, when I played the scene from my smartphone (iPhone), the sound doesn't come through. I checked the sound volume of my phone and set it to the max but no sound.

It could be some device-specific issues but please advise if there is any STYLY/Unity asset and/or project setting I could check (or on my phone).

Please play the scene so as to if there is sound or not.

I guess you put your phone on silent.

If so, remove silent mode.

Thank you for looking into the issue.

I tested your AR scene and it didn't play the sound at all. Audio from other Apps (e.g. YouTube, IG etc.) were working OK so the phone wasn't on silence mode.

I wonder if it is only my iPhone... The scene I have a problem with is the below.

I viewed your excellent scene and there is sound.

I attached a recording file, so please check it.

I guess your phone is still silent mode.

Even if a phone is silent mode, there is sound on some apps such as YouTube. However, there is no sound from STYLY app with silent mode.

What is your iPhone version? Please refer following article so as to off silent mode.

After rebooting my smartphone (iPhone SE), it started playing the sound.
