I have been trying to upload  some glb. files - they upload finer but dont seem to be processing, they either fail or continually process. Never had an issue before with similar files. Help!

What did you export your glb file from?

If you exported it from Tilt Brush, it may not be compatible with STYLY. Some Tilt Brush brushes are compatible with STYLY, while others are not.

If use Tilt Brush, please check if your file is compatible with STYLY or not from following article.

I suggest another option.

If you cannot upload a file to STYLY properly, you should try to upload it to Sketchfab, download it as a gLTF file and upload the gLTF file to STYLY.

Thanks for your quick response. I did wonder if it was an incompatibility so I tested it out on a simple Tiltbrush blob done in a hull brush and it failed again. Its not uploading brushes and files that I have previously uploaded successfully so suggests that the issue is with the uploader not the files?

sorry not uploader being the issue- the processing I mean.

just to clarify- its uploading the tiltbrush files but not processing even the simplest ones

I have just checked it again- instant failure processing a very simple small hull brush glb. file
