I wonder if I can upload 3D scenes and objects from all programs - Tilt brush files? Cinema 4d? Blender?

The safest way to do this is through Unity 3D. Bring your assets from different programs into Unity 3D and upload to STYLY. This way, you won't run into texture program and compatibility issues. Sometime, especially FBX, the textures will either go missing or show up weird if you up load directly to STYLY using their online editor.
