I'm trying to create an AR Scene in Unity using the scene upload method, but when I check the uploaded scene on the STYLY side, the object size is too big to be seen. What is the relationship between the object size in the STYLY Scene and the real size?

Even in Unity, a Cube is 1 meter if Scale = 1. So if you're planning to upload a whole scene, you should create the scale in Unity and upload it. If you build the scale in Unity on a regular basis, scaling will be easier for both Scene Upload and Prefab Upload.
